The 138th Canton Fair – October 15, 2025, Guangzhou, China

This world-renowned trade event is held twice a year (Spring & Autumn) at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Canton Fair Complex), located on Pazhou Island, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.

 How to Register and Get the Buyer Badge

To attend the Canton Fair, international buyers must register online and obtain a Buyer Badge. Here’s the process:

1. Visit the Canton Fair Website

   • Go to the official website and click on the “Buyer” tab.

2. Create an Account

   • Provide your personal and business details to set up a buyer profile.

3. Apply for an Invitation Letter Online

   • Submit the required documents:

     • Personal details

     • Passport copy

     • Business card

4. Receive Approval

   • Once approved, you can collect your Buyer Badge at the fair venue or use the e-Badge facility (if available).

 How to Get an Invitation to the Canton Fair

An invitation letter is a key document, especially if you need to apply for a China Business Visa to attend the fair.

• Visit the Canton Fair invitation portal:  https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/

• Fill out the online form with:

  • Company information

  • Personal details

  • Purpose of visit

• After submission, the invitation letter will be sent to your registered email.

 With the invitation letter, you can proceed to apply for a China Business Visa at the respective consulate or visa application center in your country.

• Original Passport Must be valid for at least 6 months,If previously traveled to China, submit old passports as well,.
• Photographs - One latest digital photograph (size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm, face covering 80%, white background).Two printed photographs of the same specification.
• Canton Fair Invitation
• Original covering letter on business letter mentioning Passport details of the passenger , company established date, company profile &  number of employee working in company , Covering letter should be addressing – The Consulate General of China Mumbai .
• Downloaded copy of e-Aadhaar.
